What is graphic design and what does it include?

When will I be billed?

You will be billed the 50% of the total depending your request.

What does our initial consultation include?

The purpose of our first meeting is to get to know you, your business and your goals. We interest to know everything about your business, from why you started in the first place, to what your current pain points are. From there, we better understand where you are coming from and what you hope to achieve with the current project.

What if I'm not 100% happy with the design you created?

After presenting the initial propose of the design, you will be allowed of revisions by our team. These revisions can include color palette and texts changes.

Our greatest satisfaction is your happiness.

How do I contact you to make changes to my design?

You can contact us at any time by emailing us directly or requesting through our secure customer portal. The designer will contact you as soon as possible!

What time limit for delivery?

Our delivery time is an average of three working days, from the time we complete the information relief interview with you.
